SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Friday 3 August 16:00-17:30  Personal check-in. Please control that you have made your entry and is registered in the correct class. Please with elo <1600 kan participate in the Small CellaVision Chess Cup. Players marked as having paid ("JA") on the web-site don't need to check in. In emergency case check-in can be done by SMS to +46 733 264 033.

Entre fee: Foreign players can pay at check-in. The fee is 700 SEK or 70 EUR. GM, IM, WGM & WIM free.

Lunch and dinner: A limited number of food tickets can be bought in the hotel reception. One ticket is 125 SEK; 3 tickets 345 SEK. Friday dinner: 21:30-23:30. Saturday lunch 13:30-15:30. Saturday dinner 20:00-22:00.  Sunday lunch 11:30-13:30.  Sunday dinner 18:00-20:00. All players have 20 % discount on the restaurant's à la carte menu.
Coffee, tea and ice water is free during play. Sandwiches, cakes, fruit etc, can be bought in the hotel reception.
